1. Introduction The David Labkovski Project (DLP) is committed to promoting art education and preserving the legacy of David Labkovski. As a non-profit organization, our resources are dedicated to supporting our mission. We appreciate your contributions and support. This policy outlines the terms regarding donations, purchases, and refunds.

2. Donations All donations made to the David Labkovski Project are final and non-refundable. Your generous contributions directly support our educational programs, exhibitions, and efforts to preserve and promote David Labkovski’s legacy. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision to donate, as refunds are not provided.

3. Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases

• Event Cancellations: If an event organized by DLP is canceled, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. While refunds are not provided, we will offer options such as rescheduling or credit towards future events.
• Participant Cancellations: If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, please notify us in advance. We do not provide refunds for participant cancellations; however, you may transfer your registration to another person for the same event.

4. Merchandise Purchases

• No Refunds: All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased items.
• Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, with a photo of the damaged item and description. We will send you a shipping label to return your item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the damaged item we will ship the replacement within 5-7 business days.

5. Tax-Deductible Contributions Please note that donations to DLP may be tax-deductible. Consult with your tax advisor for specific information regarding tax deductions.
