DLP Holocaust Commemoration

Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, remembers the six million Jews and millions of other victims of the Holocaust murdered by the Nazis and their collaborators.

Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 7:00PM

On Thursday, April 28, 2022 the DLP will host a Community Holocaust Remembrance Day Commemoration Program.

In honor of the day, we are inviting adults and students ages 12 and up to contribute to the Commemoration Journal with art and writing reflections as part of our Reflect and Respond 2022 Program.

Participants are asked to reflect on Labkovski’s artistic depictions of the Holocaust, learn about the historical context of his art, and respond on what the artwork means to them through their own art or writing project.

Please find the submission page for our Reflect and Respond program below.
